Do the exhibits come with a warranty? What does it cover?
Each of our exhibits comes with a One Year Limited Warranty that covers all manufacturing defects. If an issue arises with your exhibit, we will work with you to make sure that the matter is resolved through repair or replacement of parts. This warranty excludes remedy for damage or defect caused by abuse, modifications of the exhibit, improper or insufficient maintenance, improper operation, or normal wear and tear.
Do the exhibits require assembly or installation?
While many of our exhibits come pre-assembled, others require some assembly prior to use. Specific exhibits require electricity via an outlet and others may need to be attached to a wall. Any assembly required is laid out in detailed instructions included with each exhibit.
What is the lifespan of your exhibits?
Having built interactive exhibits for decades, our team understands what it takes to engineer and fabricate an exhibit that will last. The Illumination Station exhibits we built over ten years ago are still being used to this day. With proper care and routine maintenance, your exhibit will last for decades.
What if I change my mind about my purchase or want to return it?
If for any reason you would like to return your exhibit within 30 days of receiving it, contact our team to let us know and arrange for return shipping. Once our team receives the item, we will refund you the cost of the exhibit, however a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the total amount refunded. The buyer is responsible for arranging return shipping and any costs associated with it.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Payment methods we accept include check, all major credit card and wire transfer.
What if I am not tax exempt?
Please be advised that we do not collect sales tax on purchases. As a result, you may be responsible for reporting and paying any applicable use tax directly to your state or local tax authority. We recommend consulting your tax advisor or your local tax agency for further guidance on how to comply with your tax obligations.
How soon can I expect the exhibits to be shipped?
Most of our exhibits take 3-4 months to fabricate. You will be contacted by a team member upon purchase with a more accurate lead time.
